Layan Beach is 250 m away along a quiet lane, a three or four minute walk. Layan is quieter than central Bang Tao. Supermarkets and restaurants in Cherngtalay are 10 minutes by car, and the airport is 25 minutes away.

The villa works well for families with small children: there are no stairs inside, the garden is fenced, and a cot and high chair can be set up on request. The estate has 24-hour security and there are two parking spaces at the house.
