A two-storey 280 m² villa on a quiet street north of Nai Harn Lake. The ground floor has the living room, kitchen and two bedrooms; upstairs are the main bedroom and a study. The living room opens to an 8 x 4 m pool with a removable child-safety fence.

Nai Harn Beach is 900 m away. A path runs around the lake and is busy with walkers and runners in the morning. Rawai fish market is 10 minutes by car, and a large supermarket in Chalong is 15 minutes away.

The villa is set up for a family staying a few months: a study, a washer and dryer, and parking for two cars. The south of the island is quieter than Patong or Karon, yet it has plenty of cafes, gyms and Muay Thai camps.
