The flight leaves the heliport in Sakhu and covers the west coast beaches of Phuket with a close view of the Big Buddha, then crosses the Phuket mountain range, forests and villages to Phi Phi. Phi Phi Don has twin half-moon bays with the village between them. Phi Phi Leh has Maya Bay from the film The Beach, a turquoise bay used in the film Jurassic Park II and a large cave where bird's nests are collected.

On the way back the helicopter passes small islands between Phi Phi and Phuket where visitors swim and snorkel, Bamboo Island and Koh Yao Yai, then Phang Nga Bay with emerald water and limestone formations, James Bond Island (The Man with the Golden Gun) and the Muslim village floating beside a giant limestone formation.
