Terms of Use

In force from 24 October 2026Siam Luxury Adventure Co., Ltd.

These Terms set the rules for using the siam-luxury.com website, whether you only browse or also send us a request. They bind every visitor. Bookings and the use of Services are covered by the User Agreement.

A summary for convenience. The numbered clauses below are what applies.

1About these Terms

1.1

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Website. The Website is operated by Siam Luxury Adventure Co., Ltd. (Thai: บริษัท สยาม ลัคชูรี่ แอดเวนเจอร์ จำกัด), a limited company registered in Thailand under the Civil and Commercial Code on 6 July 2023 (B.E. 2566) with the Phuket Provincial Business Registration Office, Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, juristic person registration number 0835566027493, with its registered office at 88/384 Moo 2, Ko Kaeo Sub-district, Mueang Phuket District, Phuket Province, Thailand (the "Company", "we", "us", "our").

1.2

These Terms bind every User. By using the Website, the User accepts them. A User who does not accept them must not use the Website.

1.3

In these Terms, "Website" means siam-luxury.com, its language versions and the subdomains open to the public, and "User" means anyone who visits or uses the Website. "Service", "Supplier", "Card", "Booking Request", "Booking Confirmation" and "Booking" have the meanings given in the User Agreement.

1.4

Booking Requests, Bookings and the use of Services are governed by the User Agreement and the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Partners and Affiliates are also bound by the Partner Program Terms and the Affiliate Program Terms. Personal data and cookies are dealt with in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

1.5

A person under 20, the age of majority in Thailand, may browse the Website but must not send a Booking Request; a parent or guardian may send it for them.

2The Website and what it shows

2.1

The Website presents Services offered by the Company and by independent Suppliers, lets Users send Booking Requests and contact our managers, and publishes guides and other information. It does not take payments. Nothing on the Website is an offer to provide a Service: how a Booking is made is set out in the User Agreement.

2.2

Prices are set in Thai baht unless a Card states another currency. Amounts in other currencies are approximate conversions shown for convenience, and the rate used may differ from the rate of the User's bank or card provider.

2.3

By default, each section of the catalogue shows the Company's own Services first, then Cards selected by our team, and then the other Cards arranged by price level so that different prices, models and types appear together. Users can sort Cards by price and narrow the list with filters. The home page shows the Cards marked as featured or, where a section has none, its highest priced Cards.

2.4

The Website does not publish reviews or ratings by Users and does not display advertising from third parties.

2.5

Maps and routes on the Website use map data and tiles from third parties, such as OpenStreetMap contributors, and show locations and routes approximately.

2.6

The Company may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website, any Card or any feature at any time, for example to update the catalogue or for maintenance.

3Listings, photos and information

3.1

Cards are prepared from information that Suppliers give the Company. Our team reviews every Card before it is published and may edit, translate and shorten texts and crop and adjust photos, but cannot check every detail. Prices, availability, specifications, equipment, routes and terms can change, and the Booking Confirmation states what is actually booked.

3.2

Photos and videos are for illustration. A photo may show the same model, a similar item or the area rather than the exact vehicle, boat or property, and colours, equipment, furniture and views may differ. Some photos are stock images, credited to their authors where the source requires it. A difference that matters to the User can be raised with a manager before booking and, after booking, as a complaint under the User Agreement.

3.3

Guides, blog posts and other general information on the Website, including notes on licences, insurance, visas, seasons, weather and local rules, are given in good faith for general information only. They are not legal, immigration, insurance, medical or other professional advice, may be out of date, and should be checked with the competent authority or an adviser before the User relies on them.

3.4

The Website is published in English, Russian and Thai. The Company corrects errors that it becomes aware of, and a User who notices an error in a Card or a text is welcome to tell us.

4Access and accounts

4.1

The Website is free to use. The Company does not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, and may restrict access, for example by limiting the number of requests from one address, to protect the Website from attacks or for maintenance.

4.2

Guests do not need an account. Favourites are saved only in the User's own browser and may be lost when the browser data is cleared.

4.3

Partners use a Partner Account protected by a password and may use the Partner API with a key. The holder must keep passwords and keys confidential, must not share them with unauthorised persons, and is responsible for everything done through the account or with the key until they tell us of any unauthorised use. The Partner Program Terms apply to Partner Accounts.

4.4

The Company may suspend or close an account, revoke a key or block access to the Website if a User breaks these Terms, if the Company reasonably suspects fraud, misuse or a security risk, or if the law requires it.

5Acceptable use

5.1

Users must use the Website lawfully, in good faith and only for its intended purpose. In particular, a User must not:

  1. (a)send false, misleading or test Booking Requests, or requests in another person's name without their authority;
  2. (b)access or try to access any part of the Website, its servers, the partner cabinet, the administration systems or any data without authorisation, or bypass, probe or test security measures, including request limits, without our written permission;
  3. (c)collect content or data from the Website by automated means in a way that overloads it, ignores the instructions in its robots.txt file, or is used to build a competing catalogue; indexing by search engines and AI assistants that follow those instructions is welcome;
  4. (d)introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code, or interfere with or overload the Website or the networks connected to it;
  5. (e)send unsolicited advertising or bulk messages to the Company, its managers, Suppliers or other Users through any channel shown on the Website;
  6. (f)upload or send content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, discriminatory or false, that infringes the rights of others, or that shows another person in an altered image;
  7. (g)impersonate the Company, its staff, a Supplier or any other person, or falsely claim a connection with them;
  8. (h)use Cards, contact details or other content of the Website to solicit Suppliers or Guests for another business; or
  9. (i)use the Website in any other way that breaks Thai law or the law that applies to the User.
5.2

Many of these acts are also offences under the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007), as amended by the Computer Crime Act (No. 2) B.E. 2560 (2017), including unauthorised access to computer systems and data, interference with them, sending computer data or email that disturbs the recipient without an easy way to opt out, and entering false or unlawful data into a computer system. The Company may report such acts to the authorities.

5.3

The Company keeps technical logs of its servers and may use them to protect the Website and to investigate misuse, and may give them to the authorities where the law requires.

6Intellectual property

6.1

The Website and its content, including its design, texts, guides, the selection and arrangement of Cards, graphics, the name "Siam Luxury Adventure", the logos and the software, belong to the Company or its licensors and are protected under Thai law, including the Copyright Act B.E. 2537 (1994) and, where applicable, the Trademark Act B.E. 2534 (1991).

6.2

Photos and texts supplied by Suppliers remain the property of the Supplier or its licensors and are used by the Company under licence. Stock photos and map data are used under the licences of their sources.

6.3

A User may view the Website, print or save pages for personal and non-commercial use, and share links to it. Any other use, including copying, reproducing, adapting, publishing, framing or selling content, or using our name or logos, requires our prior written consent.

6.4

A person who believes that content on the Website infringes their copyright, trademark or other rights should write to us with details of the content, the right claimed and their contact details. The Company reviews such notices promptly and removes or corrects content that it finds to be infringing.

7What you send us

7.1

Booking Requests, messages, photos, documents and feedback that a User sends to the Company must be accurate and lawful and must not infringe anyone's rights. The User is responsible for them.

7.2

The User allows the Company to use what they send to answer them, arrange Services, pass the relevant parts to Suppliers, keep records and improve the Website and our service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7.3

The Company may use ideas and suggestions that a User sends without payment or other obligation.

7.4

Users must not send payment card numbers or passwords to the Company through the Website or in messages.

9Privacy and cookies

9.1

The Company processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), as described in the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar browser storage is explained in the Cookie Policy.

10Disclaimers

10.1

The Website is provided as it is and as available. To the extent permitted by Thai law, the Company gives no assurance that the Website, its content or the Cards are complete, accurate, current or suitable for a particular purpose, or that the Website is free of viruses or interruptions.

10.2

Information on the Website does not replace the Booking Confirmation, which alone states the terms of a Booking.

10.3

The User is responsible for the devices, software and connections used to access the Website and for protecting them.

11Liability for the Website

11.1

The Website is free of charge. To the extent permitted by Thai law, the Company is not liable for loss arising from the use of the Website or its content, from an inability to use it, or from reliance on it, including loss of data, profit or opportunity and indirect or consequential loss.

11.2

Liability connected with a Booking or a Service is governed by the User Agreement.

11.3

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, bodily injury or harm to health caused by a wilful or negligent act of the Company or of a person for whose acts it is responsible (section 8 of the Unfair Contract Terms Act B.E. 2540 (1997)), for the Company's fraud or gross negligence (section 373 of the Civil and Commercial Code), or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Thai law. Every other exclusion or limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent that it is fair and reasonable in the circumstances.

11.4

The User is liable for loss caused to the Company by the User's breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the Website, and must compensate the Company for the resulting claims, losses and reasonable costs, including reasonable lawyers' fees.

12Reports and complaints

12.1

A User can report content on the Website that is unlawful, infringing or wrong, a suspected security problem or misuse of the Company's name by writing to info@siam-luxury.com. The Company confirms receipt, deals with the report in good faith and removes or corrects content that it finds to be unlawful or wrong.

12.2

Complaints about a Booking or a Service follow the procedure in the User Agreement.

12.3

Messages that claim to come from the Company but use contacts other than those in section 14 may be fraudulent. A User who receives one should check with us through those contacts before acting on it or paying anything.

13Changes, law and courts

13.1

The Company may update these Terms by publishing a new version on the Website with its effective date. The version published at the time of use applies to that use.

13.2

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, and where the law allows the parties to choose the court, the Phuket Provincial Court is chosen. This does not take away a consumer's right to sue in, or to be sued only in, the court that the Consumer Case Procedure Act B.E. 2551 (2008) or another mandatory law provides.

13.3

These Terms are published in English, Russian and Thai. If the versions differ, the English version prevails, except where Thai law requires the Thai version to be used.

13.4

If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A failure or delay by the Company in enforcing these Terms is not a waiver.
