Tahiti

Tahiti is a sail catamaran that takes up to 50 guests on a day charter. Forward there are six trampolines and sun mattresses. Amidships a dining lounge seats six to eight under a fixed awning, and aft there are two curtained daybeds. A bar runs along the main deck and a gas grill is mounted aft. A DJ booth with four speakers and two bass cabinets is installed, and there are two bathrooms. Three paddle boards, an inflatable dock and snorkelling equipment are carried aboard.

The charter lasts nine hours and leaves from Chalong Pier. A typical day takes in two anchorages for swimming and snorkelling, a long lunch stop with the dock rigged off the stern, and the run home along the southern capes. Running times are about 45 minutes to Coral Island, 1 hour 15 minutes to Maiton and 1 hour 45 minutes to Racha Yai, depending on sea state. The captain and crew are on board throughout.

The nine hour day charter costs 78,750 THB for 1 to 30 guests, the same in low season (May to November) and high season (December to April). No other kinds of charter are offered. Larger groups, some destinations and the peak period cost more, and the concierge will confirm the exact price.
