Seven Bedroom Luxury Villa with Staff, Surin Beach

The villa stands on a hill above Surin Beach on the west coast of Phuket, with views over the Andaman Sea and, from the pool terrace, over Bang Tao Bay. It has three levels (pool terrace, second level and garden level), is fully air-conditioned and also has floor and ceiling fans.

There are seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, plus a small extra room that shares a bathroom with bedroom 5. The master bedroom on the pool terrace has a four-poster king-size bed, a sea-view terrace and a very large en-suite bathroom with a private jacuzzi. Two second-level suites have super-king-size beds. The family room has adult-size bunk beds, a single bed, a queen bed and 3 cots. The garden bedroom has a queen bed, the large two-level garden suite sleeps 5 or 6, and a separate annexe has a queen bed. Every room has a safe, and four rooms have a TV with Netflix. The villa sleeps up to 20 guests including children.

Outdoors there is an infinity pool with a swim-up water bar, a large terrace with sun loungers, 2 large BBQs and three outdoor dining tables. There is also a wellness centre with a sauna and an ice bath, a Sonos music system on the pool terrace, satellite TV with 4 screens and Netflix, and fast Wi-Fi on all levels. The pool has a protection fence. Cots, highchairs, a playpen, a stair gate and child car seats are available.

The rate includes one airport transfer on arrival and one on departure, a 13-seat air-conditioned minibus with a driver for the whole stay, and a welcome meal on the arrival day. The team is a private chef and villa manager, an assistant chef, a driver, two maids and a handyman, with daily housekeeping. Food is not included: the chef shops for the guests and cooks all meals, and groceries are charged at cost price.

Price per night for the whole villa, up to 10 guests (2026 / 2027): 6 Jan to 28 Feb 1,820 / 1,870 USD; March 1,600 / 1,650 USD; April 1,490 / 1,540 USD; May to October 1,210 / 1,270 USD; November 1,490 / 1,540 USD; 1 Dec to 20 Dec 1,760 / 1,820 USD; 21 Dec to 5 Jan 3,190 / 3,250 USD. Each extra guest above 10 is 55 USD per night, and each child under 12 is 33 USD per night. Minimum stay is 7 nights from 21 Dec to 5 Jan and 3 nights at other times.
