Outside there is a large private pool long enough for laps, a tropical garden with a koi pond and water features, and a covered terrace with a dining table, lounge seating and BBQ. Private gated parking is provided.

Bangtao Beach is about 5 minutes by car, Surin Beach about 10 minutes, Boat Avenue is within walking distance and Phuket airport is 25-30 minutes away.

Rates per night in baht: green season (May-Oct) 12,840-23,540; November 23,540-29,960; high season (Dec-Apr) 32,100-42,800; Christmas and New Year 48,150-64,200 and up. Cleaning fee is 3,745 baht per stay. A long-stay discount and holiday surcharges may apply, and the final rate is confirmed on enquiry.
