A full-day tour. Departure is from Thap Lamu Pier in Phang Nga: from Phuket the road to the pier takes about 2 hours each way, and the speedboat to the islands about 2 hours each way. Hotel pickup is in Phuket and Khao Lak. The speedboat takes up to 45 guests. A speed catamaran is available on request. The park is open from about mid-October to mid-May; exact dates are set by the national park authorities each year.

Route: Islands 5 and 6 (first snorkeling), Island 4 Koh Miang with Princess Bay (lunch box on the beach), Island 9 Koh Ba Ngu (snorkeling around Christmas Point or Namchai Bay) and Island 8 Koh Similan with Sailing Rock. The boat leaves the islands about 15:30 and reaches the pier about 16:50, where drinks, snacks, fruit, papaya salad, fried chicken and ice cream are served, followed by the transfer to the hotel. The route can change with weather, tide and sea conditions.
