A shore dive from Kata Beach for certified divers who want an easy dive, a refresher or a short underwater outing. Visibility is typically 3 to 10 meters, depending on weather, tide and season. Among rocks and coral patches divers see reef fish, moray eels, octopus, nudibranchs, crabs, shrimp, lionfish and scorpionfish.

Sessions run three times daily at 8:30, 12:30 and 15:00. The best time to dive at Kata is high slack tide. Conditions change through the day and are checked before each dive. Nitrox is available as an option.
